14 Uttarakhand officers assigned election duty in four states; 11 IAS and 3 IPS officers deployed

Dehradun: The Election Commission has intensified administrative preparations for assembly elections in four states. In this process, the Election Commission of India has assigned election duties to 14 senior officers from Uttarakhand, including 11 IAS and 3 IPS officers. Two IAS officers have been kept in reserve.

According to government information, IAS officers Rajendra Kumar, Dhar Babu Addanki, and Ranjeet Sinha have been appointed as observers for the Kerala assembly elections.

IAS officers Saurabh Gaharwar and Yugal Kishore Pant have been assigned duties in Tamil Nadu. IAS officers Mehrban Singh Bisht, V. Shanmugam, Vineet Kumar, and Vineet Tomar will serve in West Bengal.

IAS officers Himanshu Khurana and Vandana have been appointed as observers in Assam.

Among IPS officers, Prahlad Narayan Meena and Anant Shankar Takwale will serve in West Bengal, while Sunil Kumar Meena will serve in Tamil Nadu as a police observer.

Additionally, IAS officers Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar and Abhishek Ruhela have been placed in the reserve category for election duty.
