IAS officer Muhammad Sajad P has been assigned additional responsibilities. While he continues to serve as the Additional Commissioner of Agartala Municipal Corporation, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Agartala Smart City Ltd., Director of OBC Welfare, Tripura, and Managing Director of OBC Welfare Co-operative Development Corporation Ltd., Agartala, he will now also function as Ex-Officio Joint Secretary to the Government of Tripura, OBC Welfare Department. Born in a small village called Karuvarakund in Malappuram district in Kerala, he is an IAS officer of the 2019 batch.
