Dehradun: Office bearers of the UPNL Employees’ Association met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his residence on Friday and expressed their gratitude for the Cabinet’s historic decision regarding ‘equal pay for equal work’.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that UPNL employees are an important link in the state’s administrative system. The government is working with complete sensitivity on all issues related to the welfare of the employees. He said that the state government is committed to protecting the interests, dignity, and secure future of UPNL employees. This step is proof of the state government’s employee-friendly policy.
Present on the occasion were Vinod Godiyal, President of UPNL Employees’ Federation, Uttarakhand, State General Secretary Vinay Prasad, Ajay Dabral, Meena Rauthan, Ramesh Dobhal, Yogesh Badoni, Shailendra Panwar, Anil Juyal, Pradeep Kashyap and Sanjay Pal.
