Celebrations to mark the completion of four years of the Pushkar Dhami government, PM Modi and Amit Shah may visit Uttarakhand; meeting to be held tomorrow

Dehradun: The BJP is preparing to celebrate the completion of four years of the Pushkar Dhami government. A major state-level rally is being planned, along with numerous other programs. Preparations are also underway to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to the state-level rally. The recent BJP core committee meeting discussed the state government’s four-year tenure and the government’s ongoing initiatives.

BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt stated that the government’s four-year term is completing on March 23rd. Therefore, a large-scale event has been decided. He stated that the rally to be held on this occasion will attract two to three lakh people. The venue for the rally has not yet been finalized.

BJP to vet MLAs

As part of preparations for the 2027 assembly elections, the BJP will vet its MLAs. This will begin with a meeting of office bearers with the Chief Minister on February 17th. During this meeting, feedback will be gathered on the current situation of the party’s MLAs on the ground, and work will be done to identify shortcomings and address them.

The State President stated that on February 17th, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will hold a meeting with all state office bearers, district presidents, district in-charges, and co-in-charges. This meeting will discuss the situation of MLAs in their respective constituencies, the expectations of party workers, and the needs at the assembly level, so that a strategy can be developed for victory in the elections.
