Dehradun: Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj of the Uttarakhand government was admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh after his health suddenly deteriorated. He is currently under medical supervision and his condition is reported to be stable.
It is reported that he fell ill suddenly on Wednesday evening and was immediately taken to the hospital. According to his office, he experienced high blood sugar levels and difficulty in breathing.
Doctors decided to admit him immediately considering these health issues. A team of doctors is continuously monitoring his condition and conducting necessary tests.
Officials stated that his condition is currently stable and normal, but doctors have advised keeping him under observation for a few more days as a precaution.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited AIIMS Rishikesh to inquire about his health and discussed his treatment with doctors. He wished for his speedy recovery and directed hospital authorities to ensure the best possible medical care without any negligence.
His condition is improving, but he will remain under observation until full recovery. Supporters and well-wishers are praying for his speedy recovery.
