CM Dhami meets PM Narendra Modi, presents ghee, honey, and rajma

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Delhi.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister thanked the Prime Minister for the support and guidance provided by the central government for Uttarakhand’s development and also invited him to visit the state.

He presented a replica of Maa Surkanda Devi Temple in Tehri district, ghee from the Badri cow, five varieties of rajma sourced from different districts of the state, and honey as gifts.

During the discussion, the Chief Minister briefed the Prime Minister about preparations for the upcoming Kumbh 2027 in Haridwar, the Char Dham Yatra, and various development projects in the state.

He also shared details about initiatives related to tourism, adventure tourism, promotion of local products, and development of border areas.

The Chief Minister invited the Prime Minister for a visit to Uttarakhand and proposed inauguration and foundation-laying ceremonies for several major projects, stating that these would boost development, tourism, employment, and infrastructure in the state.
