India’s Army has become self-reliant; Military Dham will soon be dedicated to the public: CM Dhami

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that India’s Army is rapidly moving towards self-reliance and the country is achieving new milestones in the manufacturing and export of defense equipment. He said that the under-construction Military Dham in Uttarakhand will soon be dedicated to the public.

Addressing a program organized at the Doon Sainik Institute in Dehradun on the anniversary of “Operation Sindoor,” the Chief Minister paid tribute to the bravery, courage, and sacrifice of the Indian Army. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has taken decisive action against terrorism, and the Indian Army has demonstrated India’s strength to the world through its valor.

The Chief Minister said that India is becoming self-reliant in the defense sector and is exporting defense equipment to several countries. He added that the central government is continuously working to honor soldiers and boost their morale.

CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand is the land of brave soldiers and that the state government is constantly working for the welfare of soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their families. He said that Military Dham will not just be a memorial, but a symbol of the sacrifice and dedication of the country’s brave soldiers.

Energy conservation strengthens nation-building; small efforts will bring big changes: CM Dhami

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami described the conservation of energy resources as a major necessity of the present time and said that the wise use of electricity, water, and natural resources can help make the country self-reliant and stronger. He stated that if every citizen adopts small changes in daily life, it can create a wide positive impact.

The Chief Minister said that energy conservation is not only the government’s responsibility but also the duty of every citizen. He appealed to people to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption, use energy-efficient devices, and remain aware about environmental protection. He added that saving resources would not only provide economic benefits but also ensure a better future for coming generations.

CM Dhami said that the Uttarakhand government is working on various schemes while giving priority to sustainable development and environmental conservation. Continuous efforts are being made in the state to promote solar energy, water conservation, and green development. He stressed that maintaining a balance between nature and development is extremely important.

The Chief Minister also said that no campaign can succeed without public participation. He especially urged the youth to come forward in campaigns related to energy conservation and environmental protection.
