Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also met Vasudev Devnani at the Chief Minister’s residence on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the leaders discussed good governance, public welfare, strengthening democratic institutions, and various development-related issues.
Discussions included ways to make democratic institutions more effective, strengthen the role of elected representatives, and improve administrative systems in line with citizens’ expectations.
CM Dhami highlighted key development projects underway in Uttarakhand, efforts to attract investment, tourism development, management of the Char Dham Yatra, and various welfare schemes. He stated that the exchange of best practices and experiences among states plays a significant role in accelerating development.
Vasudev Devnani praised Uttarakhand’s work in development, governance, and public service and emphasized deeper cooperation and coordination between the two states.
The leaders also discussed opportunities to make governance more citizen-centric and explore new avenues of development.
