Dhami Government to Reach Public Again; 15-Day ‘Jan-Jan Ki Sarkar, Jan-Jan Ke Dwar’ Campaign from July 4

Dehradun: On the occasion of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami completing five years in office, the state government is once again preparing to take public services directly to citizens. From July 4, the second phase of the ‘Jan-Jan Ki Sarkar, Jan-Jan Ke Dwar’ campaign will begin across the state.

During this 15-day special campaign, camps will be organized at district, tehsil, and block levels to resolve public grievances on the spot. Chief Minister Dhami has directed officials to ensure that citizens do not have to visit government offices for small issues.

The government claims that the campaign launched last year in December received widespread public support. In the first phase, which ran for 45 days, 681 camps were organized across the state, with more than 533,000 people participating. Around 33,000 grievances were reportedly resolved during the initiative, which the government described as a successful model of good governance.

This year, the campaign has been linked with the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ being observed to mark five years of Chief Minister Dhami’s tenure. From July 4, special camps will be set up across all districts, with officials from departments including revenue, social welfare, health, agriculture, electricity, and drinking water present to address public issues.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that ensuring government services reach people without hassle is the first condition of good governance. He directed district magistrates and departmental officials to remain fully prepared and ensure timely resolution of public grievances during the camps.
