Almora: Young innovator Ravi Tamta, from the small village of Kaflikhan in Almora, has attracted attention across the country and beyond for his unusual innovation. Tamta has developed a prototype personal flying vehicle, which was recently successfully tested. A video of the trial has gone viral on social media, generating considerable public interest. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami congratulated Tamta on his achievement.
Tamta, a resident of Almora, claims to have developed India’s first flying car. The project is the result of several years of experimentation and hard work. According to Tamta, he worked day and night on the project for approximately a year before preparing the flying vehicle for testing.
The vehicle was tested at the Almora Stadium two days ago. Notably, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami watched the trial live.
After viewing the video of Tamta’s innovation, the Chief Minister spoke with him through a video call and congratulated him on his achievement. The District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police were also present at the venue.
During the trial, Tamta explained the technology behind the flying vehicle and described its safety features. He said safety was given priority throughout the development process.
The achievement of a young innovator from a small village in Almora has generated fresh interest and optimism around innovation and startups in Uttarakhand and across the country.
Tamta has developed and demonstrated a Personal Flying Vehicle (PFV) capable of taking off into the air, and he successfully conducted a test flight in Almora. He described the project as an important experiment in the field of personal air transportation in India.
Tamta claims that it is the first Personal Flying Vehicle developed in India. His vision is to further develop the technology so that, in the future, people could potentially use air travel alongside roads for short-distance transportation.
