Dehradun: On Sunday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami unveiled the website of the Uttarakhand Kshatriya Welfare Committee, Dehradun, along with its souvenir titled ‘Kshatriya Jagran’ at the Chief Minister’s residence.
The Chief Minister congratulated the office-bearers and members of the committee and said it is playing an important role in creating social awareness and providing assistance to people in need. He appreciated the social work being undertaken by the committee.
The Chief Minister said the state can move in a new direction by taking all sections of society forward together. He called upon young people to actively participate in social work and contribute to the development of Uttarakhand.
He said education plays an important role in the overall development of society. He urged the committee’s office-bearers and members to pay special attention to children’s education, provide them with better opportunities and encourage them to advance in various fields.
The Chief Minister also stressed the importance of developing values, discipline and a sense of social responsibility among children so that they can contribute to nation-building and the betterment of society.
