Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced that the film Hanuman Ansh, based on the spiritual life and teachings of Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj, will be made tax-free in Uttarakhand.
Praising the film’s subject matter and Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj’s spiritual contribution, the Chief Minister said that films such as these play an important role in taking Uttarakhand’s spiritual and cultural heritage to audiences across the country and the world.
He said that such efforts are important for bringing Uttarakhand’s rich spiritual traditions and the legacy of its saints and spiritual leaders to a wider audience. The Chief Minister’s announcement is expected to help the film reach more viewers in the state.
