Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid heartfelt tribute to India’s first Chief of Defence Staff, Padma Vibhushan awardee and the pride of Uttarakhand, Bipin Rawat, on his birth anniversary by offering floral tributes to his portrait at the Chief Minister’s residence.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that General Bipin Rawat, who dedicated his entire life to the service of Mother India, was a symbol of indomitable courage, duty, and patriotism.
