Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Approves ₹4.42 Crore for Various Development Projects

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved financial sanctions worth ₹4 crore 42 lakh for the implementation of various development projects in the districts of Champawat, Uttarkashi, and Pithoragarh. He directed the concerned departments to complete the projects quickly and with quality.

For the “Beautification of Bhingrada Temple Seal” under a Chief Minister announcement in Lohaghat Assembly constituency of Champawat district, approval has been given for the release of the remaining ₹29.70 lakh out of the sanctioned ₹74.25 lakh.

Additionally, for the installation of street lights on the pilgrimage route from Kankrali Tanakpur to Maa Purnagiri Dham, financial approval of ₹2 crore has been granted against the sanctioned amount of ₹5 crore.

In Uttarkashi district’s Purola Assembly constituency, ₹80.06 lakh has been approved from the remaining amount for the “Leveling and beautification of Shri Someshwar Mahadev Temple premises at Nyaya Panchayat Headquarters Jakhol/Fitadi,” against the sanctioned amount of ₹1.43 crore. Earlier, ₹10 lakh had already been released as the first installment.

The Chief Minister has also approved funds for the rejuvenation work of the Gurghatia River in Pithoragarh district under the “One District-One River” scheme. Against the total project cost of ₹6.59 crore, administrative and financial approval of ₹1.32 crore has been granted in the first phase.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami instructed officials to complete all development projects within the stipulated timeline and with quality standards so that local residents can benefit as soon as possible.
