Dehradun: On the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has appealed to the residents of the state to step forward for voluntary blood donation. In a message issued on the eve of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, the Chief Minister stated that the objective of this day is to raise public awareness about blood donation and to ensure the timely availability of blood to needy patients.
