CM Dhami extends Mahashivratri greetings, unveils ‘Grand Trishul’ in Rudrapur, lays foundation stone for projects worth crores of rupees

Rudrapur: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri. In his message, the Chief Minister said that the sacred festival of Mahashivratri is a celebration of the worship of Shiva and Shakti. This festival inspires love, unity, and spiritual awakening. Rudrapur witnessed a unique confluence of faith, development, and politics on Saturday. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Rudrapur on his scheduled visit, where he unveiled the ‘Grand Trishul’ at Trishul Chowk. On this occasion, the entire area reverberated with chants of ‘Har Har Mahadev’, and the atmosphere became completely devotional.

Following the unveiling of the trishul, a grand procession was taken out from Trishul Chowk to Gandhi Park, in which the Chief Minister himself participated. Shiv devotees carrying Ganga water from Haridwar gave the Chief Minister a warm welcome. Amid flower showers and slogans, BJP workers and local residents were enthusiastic. The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth over 100 crore rupees. He stated that the all-round development of Rudrapur and the entire district is a priority for his government.
