CM Dhami Inaugurates and Lays Foundation of Projects Worth ₹41.21 Crore in Ghansali; Pilkhi PHC Upgraded to CHC

Tehri: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation of various development projects worth ₹41.21 crore in Ghansali. Of this, ₹13.43 crore was for three inaugurated projects and ₹27.78 crore for five foundation-laying projects. The PHC in Pilkhi was also upgraded to a Community Health Center. The CM honored Krishna Gairola and his family for donating land for the hospital.

He emphasized that construction work must not be delayed, and completion should be ensured soon. He highlighted the government’s priority for roads, health, and education in hilly areas.

The CM noted that under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, families receive free medical treatment up to ₹5 lakh per year, and direct benefit transfer ensures transparency. The Nanda Gaura scheme provides ₹51,000 to girls pursuing higher education. He also paid tribute to Indramani Badoni and announced the establishment of a sub-health center in Pilkhi Beleshwar.

  • PMGSY road upgrade: Dhamatoli–Ghansali Akhodi Motor Route via Chanji Motor Route
  • Nageshwar Saud–Gona via Sarkanda Motor Route
  • Reconstruction of Govt. Inter College, Kot Vishan, Bhilangna

Foundation Projects:

  • 50-meter intermediate lane steel girder motor bridge near Hanuman Temple (WB-funded U-Prepare Scheme)
  • Construction of residential and non-residential buildings in Tehsil Bal Ganga
  • Health sub-center in Gangi
  • PHC Pilkhi upgraded to CHC

Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj, MLA Shakti Lal Shah, District Magistrate Nitika Khandelwal, SSP Ayush Agrawal, CDO Varuna Agrawal, and other officials and citizens were present.
