Haldwani: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh praised Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at a program held in Haldwani, Nainital district, marking four years of the Dhami government.
Welcomed warmly by the Chief Minister, Rajnath Singh was greeted at the helipad with a traditional Uttarakhandi cap and a bouquet. The camaraderie between the two leaders was evident throughout the event.
Addressing the gathering, Rajnath Singh said that in 2022, under Dhami’s leadership, the BJP secured a clear majority in Uttarakhand. At that time, he had called him “Dhakad Dhami” (dynamic Dhami), and today he says Dhami is also “Dhurandhar Dhami” (formidable Dhami).
He added that under Dhami’s leadership, Uttarakhand has progressed rapidly in development, particularly in infrastructure, tourism, and employment generation for youth.
He remarked that completing four years is like hitting a “four” in cricket, and expressed confidence that by six years, the Chief Minister will also hit a “six.”
