Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to the great statehood activist Indramani Badoni, known as the Gandhi of Uttarakhand, by offering flowers at his portrait at the Chief Minister’s residence on Wednesday, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister fondly remembered Badoni’s invaluable contribution to the state formation movement and said that his entire life was dedicated to struggle, sacrifice, and public service.
The Chief Minister said that Indramani Badoni provided direction and strength to the Uttarakhand statehood movement. His thoughts, resolve, and selfless service towards the state’s welfare are still a source of inspiration for all of us. He said that the state government is continuously working to make Uttarakhand the best state in the country by following his ideals.
