Dehradun: A short film, “Aakhri Koshish” (The Last Attempt), based on the country’s strictest anti-cheating law implemented in Uttarakhand under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, has been released. This stringent law, implemented under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, has broken the back of the cheating mafia that had been active in the state for years.
