CM Dhami’s Instructions: Strict Monitoring of Food and Supply System, Special Deployment of Officials in SEOC

Dehradun: On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Uttarakhand government has taken an important step to ensure uninterrupted supply of food and essential commodities in the state. Under this initiative, various officers and experts have been specially deployed at the Uttarakhand State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) in Dehradun.

According to the government order, the purpose of deploying these officers and experts is to continuously monitor the availability, supply system, and distribution of food and essential commodities in the state. Special focus will also be placed on regular collection and analysis of information related to food and logistics, along with better coordination between different departments.

As per the scheduled roster, the deployed officials will remain regularly present at the Emergency Operations Center in Dehradun. They will review the food and logistics situation daily and collect and analyze necessary information. If required, coordination with the Food and Civil Supplies Department will also be ensured to take necessary action.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government is fully alert to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential commodities to the people of the state. He directed officials that under no circumstances should the supply of food grains, LPG, and other essential items be affected, and the situation must be continuously monitored.

The Chief Minister also clarified that there is adequate availability of food and essential commodities in the state and people should not pay attention to any rumors. The state government is constantly monitoring all arrangements to ensure that the public does not face any inconvenience.

The government believes that this step will further strengthen the food and logistics supply system in the state and help deal effectively with any potential emergency situation.
