Bajpur: The state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, continues to take strict action to ensure that educational institutions operate in accordance with prescribed rules and standards. As part of this drive, the administration on Wednesday sealed five more madrasas in the Bajpur subdivision of Udham Singh Nagar district.
Chief Minister Dhami has made it clear that no educational institution in the state will be permitted to operate in violation of prescribed rules and standards. In accordance with this policy, the administration is conducting inspections and investigations of institutions operating in the Bajpur area. Action is being taken as per the rules wherever deficiencies related to required recognition or prescribed standards are found.
As part of Wednesday’s action, the following five madrasas were sealed:
Madrasa Gulshan Islam, Kanora-Bajpur
Madrasa Jamia Hanakia Raza-ul-Uloom, Chakarpur
Madrasa Jamia Fatima Zehra, Jagannathpur-Bajpur
Madrasa Moin-ul-Uloom, Mohalla Gandhinagar, Kelakhera
Madrasa Hujjat-ul-Islam, Gumsani Road, Bajpur
The government said that all educational institutions must comply with prescribed requirements related to recognition, registration, buildings, and safety to provide students with a safe and quality educational environment. Chief Minister Dhami has directed that action be taken according to the law against institutions found violating the rules.
The administration’s inspection of other institutions in the Bajpur area is also continuing. Officials said that if violations of rules or prescribed standards are found at any other institution during the inspections, appropriate action will also be taken against it in accordance with the law.
