Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met people from different parts of the state at the Mukhya Sevak Sadan in the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Saturday and listened to their grievances. He directed the concerned officials to ensure the timely, effective, and priority-based resolution of public complaints. The Chief Minister also instructed officials of the Chief Minister’s Office, along with the Garhwal Commissioner and Inspector General (IG) Garhwal, to act promptly in addressing public grievances.
The Chief Minister said there should be no unnecessary delay in resolving people’s issues and that citizens must receive timely relief. He asked officials to discharge their responsibilities with sensitivity and accountability.
During the meeting, Kedarnath MLA Asha Nautiyal, along with a delegation, met the Chief Minister and expressed gratitude for the successful conduct of this year’s Kedarnath and Char Dham Yatra and the arrangements made for pilgrims. She said that continuous monitoring and efficient management by the state government ensured a smooth and safe pilgrimage.
Similarly, MLA Bhupal Ram Tamta, accompanied by a delegation, thanked the Chief Minister for giving priority to the interests of local communities in the Bugyal (alpine meadow) regions. He said the government is effectively maintaining a balance between environmental conservation, tourism, local employment, and livelihoods.
The Chief Minister reiterated that balanced development across every region of the state and the prompt resolution of public grievances remain the government’s highest priorities. He directed officials to take all public interest matters seriously and ensure timely action.
