CM reiterates: Strict action will be taken against those changing the state’s demographics; no form of jihad will be tolerated in the state

Haridwar: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the ‘Sant Sammelan’ (Conference of Saints) held at the Saptarishi Ashram grounds in Haridwar. On this occasion, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government has taken strict action against anti-conversion laws, stringent anti-riot laws, and jihadist mentalities such as land jihad, love jihad, and spitting jihad. He stated that the Uniform Civil Code has been implemented in Uttarakhand, establishing equal laws for all citizens. CM Dhami said that they have freed more than 11,000 acres of land from land jihadis.
