Dehradun: Under the “Government for the People, at the People’s Doorstep” program, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state government is continuously making significant progress in making public services effective, transparent, and accessible across the state. The daily progress report of the program for January 12, 2026, is proof that the government is working on the ground with full commitment to resolve the problems of the people.
A total of 312 camps have been organized so far in all 13 districts of the state. Through these camps, 2,36,478 citizens have been registered. 25,877 complaints were received regarding public grievances, out of which 17,605 complaints have been resolved promptly and effectively, demonstrating administrative sensitivity and efficiency.
With the objective of delivering government services directly to the people, 35,560 certificates have been issued by various departments in these camps. Additionally, 1,31,212 citizens have benefited from various welfare schemes, ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach even the last person in society.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government’s goal is not just to formulate schemes, but to deliver their benefits directly to the people. The “Government for the People, at the People’s Doorstep” program is emerging as a strong model of good governance in Uttarakhand. Resolving people’s problems, transparency, and timely action are our top priorities. The state government will further strengthen this program to ensure that governance reaches every citizen.
