Chandigarh: The Government of Haryana carried out a major reshuffle in the police administration on Thursday night, transferring 24 IPS officers and 5 HPS officers in a wide-ranging administrative exercise affecting district policing, commissionerates, and anti-corruption units across the state.
The transfer orders, issued by the Home Department, bring major changes in district-level policing, particularly in eight districts where Superintendents of Police have been replaced.
