PM Modi’s Guidance is an Inspiration for Uttarakhand’s Development: CM Dhami

Dehradun: Congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi on becoming India’s longest-serving continuously elected Prime Minister, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that his leadership and guidance continue to serve as a source of inspiration for the state’s development.

In a letter to the Prime Minister, CM Dhami conveyed his best wishes on behalf of the people of Uttarakhand and stated that under Modi’s leadership, India has achieved new milestones in development, good governance, national security, and global recognition.

Surpassing Nehru’s Record, Creating New History

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed 4,399 consecutive days in office, surpassing the record of 4,398 days held by India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. With this achievement, he has become the longest-serving elected Prime Minister in the country’s history.

Uttarakhand’s Development Gains New Momentum

In his letter, CM Dhami noted that several important projects in Uttarakhand have gained fresh momentum under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. These include:

  • Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham Redevelopment Projects
  • Char Dham All-Weather Road Project
  • Rishikesh–Karnaprayag Rail Project
  • Delhi–Dehradun Expressway
  • Vande Bharat Train Service
  • Various Ropeway Projects
  • Border Area Development Schemes

These ambitious projects have significantly contributed to the state’s development.

The Chief Minister stated that during Prime Minister Modi’s tenure, India has witnessed substantial economic growth, improved governance, enhanced national security, and a stronger international presence. He expressed confidence that under Modi’s leadership, India is rapidly progressing toward becoming a developed nation, and Uttarakhand will continue to play an important role in this journey.
