Power Show of the Dhami Government in “Four Years Bemisaal” Program

Haridwar: On the occasion of completing four years of the Pushkar Singh Dhami government in Uttarakhand, a program titled “Four Years Bemisaal” was organized in Haridwar. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah also participated in this mega event.

Addressing the program, Chief Minister Dhami said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the strategic guidance of Amit Shah, and the direction of the organization, the people of Uttarakhand broke all old political myths and gave the Bharatiya Janata Party another opportunity to serve in 2022.

Government Focus on Investment and Employment

Chief Minister Dhami said that investment agreements worth ₹3.56 lakh crore were signed during the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023.

He said that under the guidance of Amit Shah, the government has succeeded in implementing investment agreements worth about ₹1 lakh crore through various initiatives.

He said the government has also worked to increase employment opportunities for youth, due to which Uttarakhand is emerging among the leading states of the country. The state has received the “Achievers” category in Ease of Doing Business and the “Leaders” category in Startup Ranking.

Mention of National and International Events

CM Dhami said that for the first time Uttarakhand witnessed programs related to the G20 Summit.

Apart from this, the state successfully hosted the National Games for the first time, where players created history by winning a record number of medals.

He said winter pilgrimage tourism has been started for the first time to promote tourism throughout the year.

Claim of Rapid Economic Growth

The Chief Minister said that in the last four years the state’s economy has grown by more than one and a half times.

In the past year, the state’s GSDP recorded a growth of 7.23 percent, while per capita income increased by a notable 41 percent.

Mention of the Uniform Civil Code

CM Dhami said that along with development, the government is continuously working on preserving cultural heritage.

He said the Uniform Civil Code has been implemented in Uttarakhand and the state has become the first in the country to implement this law and set a new direction.

He said the state government is continuously working to take Uttarakhand to new heights by balancing development, culture, and good governance.
