Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri. Praying to Lord Shiva for happiness, peace, prosperity, and good health for the people of the state, the Chief Minister stated that Mahashivratri is a festival symbolizing faith, penance, sacrifice, and spiritual consciousness.
He stated that Devbhoomi Uttarakhand is the sacred abode of Lord Shiva, and the numerous Shiva shrines, including the Kedarnath Temple, represent the spiritual identity of the state. The Chief Minister prayed that with the blessings of Lord Shiva, the state would be filled with happiness, prosperity, peace, and positive energy, bringing auspicious changes to everyone’s lives.
