Dehradun: Narendra Jeet Singh Bindra, President of the Gurdwara Shri Hemkund Sahib Management Trust, met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s residence. During this, discussions were held regarding the arrangements for the upcoming Hemkund Sahib Yatra 2026. The Trust President also invited the Chief Minister to attend the send-off ceremony of the first batch on May 20.
The Chief Minister said that all arrangements are being ensured for the convenience and safety of the devotees and the government is fully committed to making the yatra successful and smooth. The Trust informed that the gates of Hemkund Sahib will open on May 23, 2026, and the first batch will be led traditionally by the Panj Pyaras.
