Dehradun: Nitin Naveen has made it clear that Pushkar Singh Dhami will be the face of the party in the upcoming Uttarakhand Assembly elections. In a media interview, he said that under Dhami’s leadership, the BJP will set new benchmarks of development and there is no doubt regarding leadership.
Nitin Naveen said that in Uttarakhand, BJP’s foundation is a strong track record of development, good governance, and public welfare reforms. He said that geographical and administrative challenges exist in every state, but BJP is not a party that backs down from challenges.
Praising Chief Minister Dhami’s working style, he said that Uttarakhand is getting better results under his young and energetic leadership. The party will go to the people in the upcoming elections under the same leadership.
When asked about the chief ministerial face in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Nitin Naveen clearly stated that where the government is running under the current leadership, the same face will naturally lead the party in the elections.
He said that BJP is working with full commitment on the issues of Uttarakhand’s security, culture, and development, and this will remain a priority in the future as well.
