Haridwar. The second day of the Shri Vigrah idol installation ceremony began at the Samadhi sthal (memorial site) of the founder of Bharat Mata Temple, the late Swami Satyamitranand Giri Maharaj.
The second day of the ceremony began with a religious assembly and a conference of saints. In this, saints, religious leaders, and scholars from across the country expressed their views on the life philosophy of the Guru, the tradition of harmony in Sanatan Dharma, and the role of spiritual values in nation-building.
VHP International President Alok Kumar said that we received the Ram Janmabhoomi with the blessings and efforts of the saints. The cases of Krishna Janmabhoomi and Kashi Vishwanath are in court. It may take a few years, but we will win both cases. Then we will be in a position to invite all of you. This century is the century of Hindu awakening and the century of Hindus.
RSS Joint General Secretary Dr. Krishna Gopal said that the land of India has attained divinity throughout the world. The initiation of spirituality has been received from this land; every river, lake, and temple here is sacred. It is our tradition that before constructing a building or any structure, we perform Bhoomi Pujan (land worship), seek permission from Mother Earth, and offer prayers.
Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha said that the country is moving forward under the guidance of the saints. There is no discrimination in Sanatan culture. Sanatan Dharma embodies unity and the welfare of society. Our Sanatan culture has been nurturing to humanity. Efforts should be made to connect this culture with the youth and women. In the last 12 years, India has become one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. India has become the fourth-largest economic power in the world.
Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avdheshanand Giri Maharaj of Juna Akhara welcomed all the guests.
