Sikkim Govt Transfers 3 IAS Officers; Pari Bishnoi Appointed Pakyong Collector

Gangtok/Pakyong: The Government of Sikkim has ordered a key administrative reshuffle, transferring three IAS officers with immediate effect and assigning new responsibilities across important departments and districts.

The order, issued by the Department of Personnel vide Office Order No. 2218/G/DOP dated April 30, 2026, was signed by Rinzing Chewang Bhutia.

Key IAS Transfers and Postings

As per the official order:

  • Tushar Gajanan Nikhare, District Collector of Gangtok, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Planning and Development Department.
  • Agawane Rohan Ramesh, District Collector of Pakyong, has been posted as District Collector of Gangtok District.
  • Pari Bishnoi, who was serving as Deputy Resident Commissioner at Sikkim House, New Delhi, has been appointed as District Collector of Pakyong District under the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
