Dehradun: On the occasion of Independence Day, Director General of the Information and Public Relations Department Banshidhar Tiwari hoisted the national flag at the departmental premises. He extended Independence Day greetings to the officers and employees of the department.
Director General Banshidhar Tiwari said that Independence Day reminds us of the sacrifice and dedication of the freedom fighters who gave everything for the country’s independence. He called upon officers and employees to discharge their responsibilities with complete dedication, transparency and accountability.
Additional Director Ashish Tripathi, Joint Director K.S. Chauhan, Deputy Directors Manoj Srivastava and Ravi Bijarniya, Archana, along with other officers and employees of the department, were present on the occasion.
