Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami distributed appointment letters to 332 newly recruited personnel of the Ayush Department and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) scheme during a ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Monday. The recruits include 271 personnel for the Ayush Department and 61 Allopathic Pharmacy Officers under the ESI scheme.
Extending his best wishes to all new appointees, the Chief Minister urged them to discharge their duties with a spirit of public service, sensitivity, and dedication. He noted that receiving an appointment letter marks an important milestone in a young person’s life, signaling the start of a new responsibility toward public welfare.
CM Dhami emphasized that new recruits should view government service not merely as a job, but as a vehicle for driving positive change for the most marginalized members of society. He highlighted that healthcare infrastructure under the ESI scheme is expanding continuously, having grown from six initial districts to cover all 13 districts across the state.
Minister for Ayush Education, Madan Kaushik, also congratulated the new recruits, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to strengthening Ayush healthcare services and making them easily accessible to the general public.
