Amid global tensions, CM Dhami reiterates PM Modi’s message: avoid rumors and remain patient

Dehradun: Amid rising global tensions in the Middle East, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami appealed to the people of the state to maintain patience and unity.

He said that just like during the COVID period, challenges can be overcome through patience and collective efforts.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while recently addressing the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, emphasized that India has faced difficult situations before and has always emerged stronger through unity.

He urged citizens not to panic but to remain alert and cautious. He appealed to people to avoid paying attention to rumors and rely only on official information released by the government.

He added that the state government is in constant touch with the central government and is closely monitoring the situation. Necessary steps will be taken promptly if required.

He also mentioned that according to experts, rising tensions in the Middle East may impact the global economy and energy supply, which could indirectly affect India as well.
