CM Reviews 12 Major Projects Worth ₹6,940 Crore, Sets October 15 Deadline

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed 12 major infrastructure and development projects worth ₹6,940 crore through the Pragati Portal at the Secretariat on Monday. He directed officials to complete projects in a time-bound manner and emphasized coordinated efforts to achieve the vision of a Developed India by 2047.

Strict Monitoring Ordered

The review covered projects related to:

  • Transport
  • Energy
  • Public Works
  • National Highways
  • Border Roads Organisation (BRO)

The Chief Minister instructed that all projects with more than 50 percent work completed must be finished by October 15, 2026.

He also announced:

  • Monthly review meetings at the Chief Minister’s level.
  • Reviews every 10 days at the Chief Secretary’s level.
  • Accountability and disciplinary action in cases of unjustified delays.

Officials were directed to expedite pending matters concerning:

  • Land transfer
  • Forest and environmental clearances
  • Land acquisition
  • Compensation payments

District Magistrates were instructed to personally monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Ramnagar ISBT
  • Ranikhet Bus Terminal
  • Tadikhet Depot and Workshop
  • Banbasa Power Substation
  • Rudraprayag Power Substation
  • Char Dham Road Project
  • Askot-Lipulekh Road
  • Mana Pass Road
  • Haridwar National Highway Project
  • Kashipur National Highway Project

CM Dhami said these projects form the foundation of Uttarakhand’s future growth and will create new opportunities in tourism, trade, investment, and employment.
