The CM announced that a dedicated Youth Commission will assist students with employment opportunities after graduation. Additionally, an Agniveer Cell is being set up to secure the career paths of Agniveers after their service.

To connect students with science and technology, India’s 5th Science City is being established in Dehradun. The state is also expanding virtual classroom networks across 189 Atal Utkrisht schools and implementing NCERT curriculum in government schools.
Guidance on Artificial Intelligence & Zero Tolerance for Corruption
Addressing questions on Artificial Intelligence (AI), CM Dhami advised students to embrace AI as an opportunity rather than a threat and adapt to evolving tech landscapes.
Reiterating the government’s Zero Tolerance policy against corruption, he urged students to report any bribery demands using the Toll-Free Number 1064 or the official mobile app, assuring that complainant identities remain strictly confidential. He concluded by calling upon the youth to stay far away from substance abuse and focus on building a strong future.
